BOOKING
Click "Reserve My Cabin" anywhere on the website. You'll be redirected to our secure booking page where you can view available cabin options, enter your traveler information, and complete the required payment to secure your reservation.
You'll receive booking confirmation along with important information regarding your reservation, payments, travel preparation, and future retreat updates. Be sure to register with an email address you check regularly.
If the retreat or a specific cabin category sells out, additional availability or a waitlist may be offered. Join the DLM email list for updates.
PAYMENTS
Available payment options will be displayed during the reservation process. Your exact payment schedule and required amounts will be shown before you complete your booking.
If a buy-now-pay-later option is available at checkout, eligibility, payment amounts, interest, and terms are determined by that provider.
Your exact payment deadlines will be included with your reservation and payment schedule. We recommend saving each payment date to your calendar after booking.
A missed payment may affect your reservation. If you experience a payment issue, contact the appropriate booking provider or DLM team as soon as possible.
CABINS

PASSPORT
Guests are responsible for traveling with the documentation required by Virgin Voyages and the destinations on the itinerary. Requirements may vary by citizenship, so verify current requirements before traveling.
Renew your passport as early as possible. Passport processing can take time, so do not wait until immediately before the retreat.
Use your legal name exactly as it appears on the travel identification you will use for your trip.
FLIGHTS
Unless specifically stated as part of your package, airfare to and from the cruise departure city is not included.
Recommended airport and transportation information will be provided based on the final cruise departure port and retreat travel details.
Whenever possible, arriving at least one day before embarkation can help protect against flight delays, cancellations, and missed connections.
Allow enough time after the ship returns for disembarkation, transportation to the airport, security, and possible delays. Final travel recommendations will be provided closer to sailing.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended because unexpected situations can occur before or during your trip.
