2.Do I have to be a lash artist to attend?
Nope! While many attendees are lash techs, this retreat is open to all beauty professionals and entrepreneurs looking to scale a product or service-based business.
3.What’s included in the retreat package?
Your package includes expert-led business workshops, gifts, networking mixers, branding opportunities, select meals, and exclusive retreat experiences. Travel (flights) is not included unless otherwise noted.
4.Where is the next retreat taking place?
The next DLM Level Up Retreat will be held in Miami, FL May 2026 AND Grand Turks in July 2026. Venue details, and itineraries will be provided 3-4 months PRIOR to each event.
5.Are payment plans available?
Yes! Flexible payment plans are available to help secure your spot. The earlier you book, the lower your monthly payments.
6.Can I bring a friend, spouse, or business partner?
Yes, you can bring as many guests as you'd like.
7.What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of retreat planning and investments made upfront, all payments are non-refundable. However, your ticket may be transferable to another qualified guest with prior approval.
